Once your order has been processed within my 12-business daytime frame, then shipped, it is out of my control. If you have any inquiries regarding shipping delays, you will need to contact USPS so they can best serve you.

How do I clean it?

Keeping your vegan/faux leather wristlets/ products and other delicate materials in tip-top shape is easy. Minor marks and smudges can be wiped with a baby wipe or wet cloth. You can also spot clean the surface as needed using lukewarm water and a mild soap or detergent. Stains can also be removed using rubbing alcohol, although we recommend testing this on an inconspicuous area of the product first.
